Noel Rafter, Director
Banking & Contract Negotiation Specialist.
Noel has over 25 year’s experience in banking and finance, including 15 year’s experience in infrastructure project and corporate finance transactions. Noel’s experience extends across a range of infrastructure sectors including air and sea ports, energy generation, transmission and distribution, renewable energy, gas pipelines, aviation and waste. Noel was a Director for Suncorp Metway’s Project and Structured Finance Division. Notably his achievements included the design, implementation and management of the strategic plan that underpinned the creation of the division, building the business from a concept into a A$14 million per annum revenue business.
